AZYL, INC AND AZYLC MASTER SCHEDULE 2009
as of 31 JAN 2009

The following will be used as the Master Schedule of 2009 operation of AZYL/AZYLC. BOD, EXCOM (BOD plus Chapter reps plus SR Counselor) and Full Committee (EXCOM plus all counselors) meetings (underlined) will begin at 0900 hours with doors open at 0830.

JAN 31 Full Committee meets, finalize presenters and draft schedule, requests proclamation(s) Verify all Director, admin & Secretary duties.

FEB 10-15 Director attends Mid Winter in Huntsville, AL

FEB 24 Director to attend Suncities Massing of the Colors

MAR 27/28- Region XIII in El Paso during their MOTC (CinC attends) Minor attends

MAY 15- Chapters begin receiving applications and forward to Director

MAY 25 Director represents MOWW & AZYLC for Memorial Day Program at National Cemetery in Phoenix.

MAY 30 - Full Committee meets, counselor training, Verify guest speakers and programs, finalize schedule, finalize number of student packets.

JUN attend AZ Department meeting.

JUN 15-Director’s welcome letter and roster provided to Secretary for mailings.

JUN 27- Final date for student approval by Director

JUL 10 -Room and Group assignments completed

JUL 13 -EXCOM & staff travel to conference site for training and preparation

JUL 14-18 AZYLC 2009

AUG 11-16 MOWW National Convention and PEC in Baltimore, MD
